Used Vehicle Dealer Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
The following terms and conditions govern the use of the services offered by Autosanz SAS, hereinafter "the Dealer", to its clients, in relation to the purchase and sale of used vehicles. By accessing and using our services, you accept these terms and conditions in full.
2. Used Vehicles
The Dealership specializes in the sale of used vehicles that have gone through rigorous inspections and quality controls to ensure proper operation and safety. However, used vehicles are sold "as is", and the Dealer makes no express or implied warranties regarding their condition or future performance, except as expressly stated.
3. Prices and Payments
Used vehicle prices are clearly displayed at our facility and/or website. These prices are subject to change without notice and do not include taxes, license fees, registration, title, finance costs or other charges related to the purchase of the vehicle. Payments must be made in accordance with the financing policies and payment methods accepted by the Dealer.
4. Inspection and Driving Tests
Customers have the right to inspect and test drive used vehicles available at the Dealership prior to purchasing. Customers are expected to notify Dealership staff of any issues or concerns they may have during these tests.
5. Documentation and Transfer of Title
The Dealer is responsible for all the necessary documentation for the transfer of title and registration of the vehicle to the customer. It is the customer's responsibility to provide the required documentation and complete any forms necessary for the purchase of the vehicle.
6. Guarantees and Responsibilities
The Dealer assumes no responsibility for damages or losses that may occur as a result of the use or possession of the purchased vehicle. Warranties, if any, are limited to those provided by the vehicle manufacturer, and any claims must be made in accordance with the terms of such warranty.
7. Return Policy
The Dealer does not accept returns on used vehicles once the purchase and title transfer has been completed. Customers are advised to carry out a full inspection and test drives before finalizing the purchase to avoid any inconvenience later.
8. Modifications to the Terms and Conditions
The Dealer reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time and without prior notice. Modifications will be effective as soon as they are posted on our website or otherwise notified to customers.
9. Applicable Legislation
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of the Republic of Colombia, and any dispute arising in connection with these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the state.
By using the services of the Dealership, the customer accepts all the terms and conditions set forth above.
